A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable to every order.

The actual shipping and delivery cost can be higher than this amount, but we are happy to bear the additional cost as a gift from Sogasaree Handlooms to our valued customers.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders will generally be dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date the order is received.

Processing or dispatch may occasionally take longer due to circumstances such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen operational situations.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally expected to be delivered within 5–10 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances.

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, the delivery timeline is dependent on their logistics and operational processes. Any delays that may occur during transit or delivery may therefore be beyond the direct control of Sogasaree Handlooms. We kindly request customers to take this into consideration when placing their orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email.

Customers are requested to regularly check their registered email for shipping and tracking updates.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided and the order is consequently delivered to the wrong location, delayed, returned, or otherwise affected, Sogasaree Handlooms will not be responsible for such delivery issues resulting from the information provided by the customer.
